Grand Reopening in January 2024

With much research, planning, and a couple dashes of hope and optimism, we have lowered our prices and changed our discount programs. This is what you will experience when you shop at The Porch in 2024:

• Many prices for items sold at The Porch will be “standardized” where similar items will sell for the same price.  These items will not have price tags, but signs will be posted to show the price.

• Items that are more valuable than the standard Porch prices, but less expensive than eBay (The Porch Marketplace), will be displayed in the area called “The Polished Pig”.

• We will have sales on specific items when we have excess inventory.

• The Top 5 spending “Porch Piggies” will be rewarded with a quarterly voucher as follows - the top spender receives a $20 voucher and the second through fifth top spenders each receive a $10 voucher.

• We will continue our daily 10% military discount, the 10% Wednesday senior discount (55 years and older), and the 2% reusable bag discount.

• “Porch Piggies” will receive a $10 Birthday Voucher that will be valid during their birthday month, each year.

• We will randomly issue 10% vouchers to our loyal “Porch Piggies” via email.

We are excited to move forward with this new pricing system to create a fun shopping experience for you and continue to support the Community Caring Center!
